Overall, this Marriott is very appealing and I would recommend. The golf course looked lovely but didn't get to play (forgot shoes) but hopefully will next time. You could get omelettes on the days we were there (not sure if they are offered all the time). We had breakfast numerous mornings and although not extensive (buffet) it was filling (a little costly though for what is offered). So if you are into fitness, this hotel will provide quite nicely. The gym has extensive top notch equipment, some of the best at a hotel I have seen. I liked that! So I learned that I don't need firm pillows after all! The bedding is very comfortable as well. Surprisingly, two pillows put together did not make my neck hurt. The pillows are very squishy so if you need firmer pillows, you might need to bring your own or purchase one at a local store. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower was Amazing! My hair never felt better and I will be purchasing these products online in the near future. The staff was very accommodating, nice, and attentive. There is an outside building in which parties can be heard with the music being so loud. There was a HUGE wedding in which the weekend was very busy. This resort does not have a pool so I question the resort part of it.
This "resort" was nice with the golf course and lake in which we watched the fireworks from our room on the 3rd of July.
